Our Standard Room features a Queen Bed and a Single Bed, along with a private ensuite, making it ideal for short stays or corporate travellers. It includes reverse cycle air conditioning, a bar fridge, kettle, toaster, table and chairs, and a microwave.

Our Deluxe Room offers a Queen Bed with a private ensuite and a cosy lounge area for relaxation. It also includes reverse cycle air conditioning, a bar fridge, kettle, toaster, and table and chairs. While Deluxe Rooms do not include a microwave by default, one can be arranged upon request, please advise prior to check if required.

Our Deluxe Family Room has a Queen Bed and 2 x Single Beds with a private ensuite with enough room for your family. It also includes reverse cycle air conditioning, a bar fridge, kettle, toaster, and table and chairs. While our Family Deluxe Rooms do not include a microwave by default, one can be arranged upon request, please advise prior to check if required.

Our Adjoining Rooms are available in our Standard Room category. These combine the comfort of two Standard Rooms connected by an internal door—perfect for families who prefer separate spaces while staying together. This option can accommodate up to six family members.

Indulge in comfort with our Deluxe Spa Suite, featuring a Queen Bed on the mezzanine level and a luxurious spa bath on the ground floor. An additional ensuite is located next to the spa area for added convenience. Bubble bath is provided, and cheese platters are available for the ultimate experience. Please contact our friendly reservations team if you would like to preorder a cheese platter for your stay, 24 hours notice is required.

We guarantee the rooms from 2:00pm, check out time is 10:00am.

We try our best to accommodate requests, please check with our friendly front office staff on arrival.

We have a no pet policy, however service animals are welcome with certification to be presented upon check in. Please advise at time of booking. Please note, if you bring along a pet without notice an additional cleaning fee might apply.

We have a strict non-smoking policy in the rooms. Outside of your room you’ll have a comfortable chair and ashtray. Please note, if we detect evidence of smoking in your room a penalty fee of $1000.00 will be charged.

Our Standard Rooms have a microwave, bar fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a toaster.

Our Deluxe Rooms have a bar fridge, tea/coffee facilities and a toaster. A microwave can be requested.

If you require any additional crockery and cutlery, please contact our friendly reception staff.

Yes, two of our Deluxe Rooms are equipped with accessible features, including a walk-in shower, shower chair, and assistance handrails in both the shower and toilet. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require one of these rooms.

Yes, our Albert’s Restaurant is available for dinner Monday – Thursday from 6:00pm – 8:00pm for in house guests and locals.

Breakfast is available Tuesday – Friday 7:00am – 8:30 am in our cosy breakfast room. We also offer room service for breakfast and dinner during these times. Please preorder your room service breakfast the night before at our front desk.

Continental breakfast is available Saturday – Monday and will be delivered the night before.

Yes, it’s complimentary and available in every room and the password is conveniently located in your room compendium. If you have any issues please contact reception.

We require 48 hours notice of cancellation, Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in will incur a charge equal to 100% of the first night’s room rate

Yes, every room comes with one complimentary designated carpark space.

If you stay with us whilst you and require parking for larger vehicles, we have a large area at the rear of the property where you can park your work truck and or trailer, please be considerate of other guests

Yes, for a flat rate of $20.00 per night you can charge your vehicle with our wall plugs. Please provide your own extension cables and notify our friendly reservations staff upon booking.

Yes, our rooms are serviced daily, however if you prefer an alternative schedule please contact our friendly reception staff upon check in.

No, public laundry facilities are available on 96 Federal Street, which is located in the town centre across from Chicken Treat.

Yes, if you plan to arrive after our front desk closes, please contact us on the day to arrange a late check in.

Yes, our pool is opening seasonal throughout summer, the opening times are 7:00am to 9:00pm from October to March. For the safety of all guests, children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or near the pool area. No diving or running is permitted. Please follow all posted safety signs and use the pool at your own risk.
